I am a compassionate and client-centered mental health therapist with 6 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families in navigating life’s challenges and achieving emotional well-being. I hold an M.A. in Professional Counseling and am licensed as an LPC in Texas. My clinical experience spans a diverse range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, grief, and life transitions. I am trained in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
